FJIRSM offers doctoral and master's degree programs in three first-level disciplines of Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, and Control Science and Engineering. There are doctoral and master's programs in 10 majors of Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Physics and Chemistry, Materialogy, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Control Theory and Control Engineering, Detection Technology and Automatic Equipment, and Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems. There is 1 professional doctoral degree program in Materials and Chemical Engineering, and 3 master's degree training fields of Electronic information (including control engineering and optoelectronic information engineering), Materials and Chemical Engineering,and Biology and Medicine. At present, there are 275 doctor-degree candidates, 1668 master-degree candidates, 127 doctoral supervisors and 118 master-degree candidates’ supervisors at FJIRSM.
