Prof. Tobias Madl from the Medical University of Graz, Austria, visited Xiamen Institute of Rare-earth Materials (XMIREM) on April 25, 2018. While staying at XMIREM, Prof. Madl delivered a lecture entitled “RGG-mediated regulation of subcellular localization and phase separation”, and carried out detailed discussions with the researchers and students at XMIREM.

Prof. Tobias Madl is an associate professor of Medical University of Graz, Austria and Principle Investigator of Technical University Munich, Germany. He received his PhD degree at the Institute of Chemistry, University of Graz, Austria in 2007. His researches mainly focus on Structural Biology. He has published over 40 papers on the world leading journals, such as Cell, Nat Struct Mol Biol., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. etc.
