Prof. YUAN Bo from the University of Applied Sciences, FH München, Germany, visited Quanzhou Institute of Equipment Manufacturing (QIEM), Haixi Institutes during the period of February 21st to 28th, 2016. While staying at QIEM, Prof. YUAN delivered a training course entitled “Robotics：Kinematics，Dynamics and Control”, and carried out detailed discussion with the research staff at QIEM.

Prof. YUAN Bo received his Ph. D.(1994) from the Universität Karlsruhe (TH), Germany. He is now a full-time professor at the University of Applied Sciences, FH München and Degree Course Director for the MSc Automotive Mechatronics degree program. His research interests include automotive mechatronics, driving dynamics, driving dynamics control systems, Sensors and actuators, Technical mechanics and Mechanics of materials. He was awarded as visiting professor of Haixi Institutes, CAS in 2014.
