The 14th International Symposium for Chinese Organic Chemists (ISCOC) and the 11th International Symposium for Chinese Inorganic Chemists (ISCIC) hold biennial symposium since the Year 1990 and 1996 respectively. Through the years, both ISCOC and ISCIC have become an important platform to gather Chinese chemists from all over the world to exchange their scientific findings, cultivate mutual understandings, and foster possible collaborations.  

In Year 2002, both symposia have joined forces and were held at the same place simultaneously. The scientific sessions cover all advances in organic and inorganic chemistry and their relevance for present and future applications. To continue the blossoming tradition of previous symposia, ISCOC-14 and ISCIC-11 will be providing a scientific communication platform to gather leading researchers and scientists in the chemistry field to exchange innovative and forward-looking ideas.
