Introduction

At present FJIRSM has a total staff of 351 members, among them 288 are scientific researchers including 2 academicians of the CAS, 48 research professors, 44 associate research professors and senior engineers, and 38 postdoctoral supervisors. Now 137 Ph.D candidates, 174 M.S candidates and 10 postdoctorates are studying at the institute.
