Prof. GU Zhigang

He obtained his PhD degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2014, then he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in KIT. In 2015 he was an associate professor in the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter (FJIRSM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His recent research focuses on developing porous thin films (e.g. SURMOFs) for guest molecule loading, chiral separation and optical applications. Up to now, He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed research papers like Chem. Soc. Rev., Coord. Chem. Rev., Angew. Chem., ACS Nano, Chem. Sci., Appl. Catal. B: Environ., Small, J. Mater. Chem. A, ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces etc.
